Должностные обязанности

Internal Automation Department is responsible for development and support of corporate information systems, aimed to help internal business processes run with maximum efficiency.
We automate the following business processes: client relationships, contracts workflow, purchasing, business travel, budget planning, invoicing, recruitment, personnel administration, time and resource management, e.t.c.
The support team of Internal Automation Department is responsible for user support of these information systems.
There are about 11000 employees in Luxoft spread over different locations in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Great Britain, USA, Germany, e.t.c.
All of them are our users. We perform user support (advising, permission control, help with settings configuration) and technical maintenance (applications and databases).
We use ServiceDesk system to handle user tickets for support.

Responsibilities:

- User support of corporate information systems (Levels 2-3)
- Technical maintenance of corporate information systems (application configuration, databases)
- Participating in development of new system releases and patches.
- Participating in system rollout.

Требования

High Education
Windows, Windows Server, UNIX (Debian or Ubuntu) - advanced user
TomCat/Apache
SQL (MS SQL or Oracle)
XML, XSLT, XPATH
HTML - 0,5+ years
MS Office (advanced Excel user, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Power Point) - 2+ years

Any programming language is a plus.
Good communication skills
